LC : Leaf Concentrate

The leaves of green vegetables contain many essential amino acids, and minerals and vitamins.

In the 1960s, researchers and doctors develop English for the first time in India the idea of supplementing rations of victims of malnutrition with protein concentrates from green leaves of plants, including alfalfa.

The green leaves of alfalfa contain more nutrients than grains and roots. They equal the protein in most animal products and beyond regarding vitamins and trace elements. But man can not digest fiber.

The solution is to bring the nutrient rich green leaves in the form of concentrated extracts after removal of the fiber.

These extracts are then provided in the form of digestible dry concentrates, in addition to the basic rations of individuals affected by malnutrition.
